Note: This service is temporarily closed and the students can submit their requests in the prescribed form available at Examination Branch. The list of documents to be enclosed:

UG Convocation

(B.A.,B.Com.,B.Sc.,IMBA, IPC, D.P.Ed., & B.Tech)

(Required Attested Xerox Documents in Order)

Challan for Rs: 1000/- Paid at SBI, Anneparthy Branch, Nalgonda.
Application Form (with extra one Photo)
Previous Study Memo (Intermediate / Diploma)
Present Completed Consolidated Memo and Provisional (Degree)
Student Aadhaar Card (Optional)
SSC Memo / Mother Aadhaar Card (Proof of Mother Name in case if it is not mentioned in previous study certificates)

Note:

The candidates are instructed to apply for convocation certificate after 6 months of completion of course.

All the Xerox copies need to Attested by Self.

(On receiving the duly filled in application with all required documents, it shall take a minimum of one month time to issue the certificate)

PG Convocation

(M.A., M.Com., M.Sc., MSW, MBA, MCA, B.Ed., B.P.Ed.,M.P.Ed., B.Li.Sc., LLB)
